1. Definitions

  • “Client” means any individual or family who commissions our services.

  • “Candidate” means any nanny, nurse, or childcare professional introduced by the Agency to the Client.

  • “Agency” refers to Jules Kids & Co, including its sourcing, vetting, training, and placement activities.

  • “Engagement” means any employment or contractual relationship between the Client and a Candidate introduced by the Agency,
    whether full-time, part-time, temporary, or permanent.

2. Scope of Services

The Agency provides services to Clients consisting of the identification and introduction of suitably qualified Candidates for childcare and parental-support roles (covering newborns and children aged 0–12 years), as well as training programs for nannies and nurses.
Once a Candidate is selected, a written contract will be executed between the Agency and the Client, outlining the agreed terms of engagement and responsibilities of each party.

3. Fees & Payment

A research fee is payable by the Client upon initiation of the recruitment process. This fee covers the Agency’s efforts to source, screen, and propose suitable Candidates.
A placement fee is payable upon the successful engagement of a Candidate.
The applicable fees, payment terms, and refund or replacement policies will be detailed in the placement contract.
Late payments may incur interest and administrative charges.

Additionally, each Candidate placed through the Agency agrees to pay a commission equivalent to a percentage of their monthly salary, as specified in their individual contract with the Agency.

4. Replacement / Refund Policy

If a Candidate leaves the Client’s employment within the contractual guarantee period (e.g., during the probation period), the Agency undertakes to make its best efforts (obligation of means) to identify and introduce a suitable replacement matching the Client’s original expectations, provided that:

  • The Client has complied with the terms of the contract; and

  • The working conditions and compensation remain unchanged.

Except as otherwise stated in the contract, service fees are non-refundable.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Agency shall enter into a written contract with both the Client and the Candidate, in accordance with all applicable UAE domestic worker and employment laws.
The Client must provide an accurate job description, details of working conditions, salary, and obtain necessary visas or work permits (if applicable), while ensuring the overall well-being and safety of the Candidate throughout the employment relationship.

6. Agency Liability & Indemnity

The Agency acts solely as an intermediary and training provider.
We are not a party to the employment relationship between the Client and the Candidate, and we cannot be held responsible for the Candidate’s conduct, performance, or any dispute arising after placement.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Agency harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities brought by the Candidate or any third party arising from or connected to the employment relationship.

7. Data Protection & Confidentiality

The Agency processes personal data of Clients and Candidates in compliance with applicable UAE data protection laws.
All information exchanged between the parties during the recruitment or training process shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, unless required by law.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any related agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, U.A.E.

9. Amendments

The Agency reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on our website and shall become effective immediately upon publication.
