    Confident working with various age groups (infants to school-aged children)

    Solid understanding of child development, safety, and age-appropriate routines

    Ability to plan educational and engaging activities

    Fluent English (additional languages are a bonus)

    Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification

    Clean background check and excellent references

    Maternity Nurses - Newborn Care Specialists

    Minimum 5 years of direct newborn care experience

    Recognized training or certification in newborn/postnatal care (e.g., MNT, NCS)

    Knowledgeable in feeding, sleep support, bathing, swaddling, and soothing techniques

    Ability to support and guide new parents through the postnatal period

    Experience with both day and overnight care

    Current First Aid and Infant CPR certification

    Enhanced DBS (or international equivalent) and verifiable references
