Registration & Search Fee
A non-refundable registration fee of €300 is required to begin the search process and launch candidate research.
Short-Term, Seasonal & Travel Placements (1 to 12 Weeks)
Temporary & Travel Nannies
For temporary, seasonal, travel, or short-term nanny placements from 1 to 12 weeks, our placement fee starts from €600 per booked week.

Schedule and working hours
Travel requirements
Number of children
Rota or overnight care
Urgency and complexity of the search
Level of discretion, confidentiality, and household expectations
International travel and destination
Temporary Maternity Nurses
For maternity nurse placements from 1 to 12 weeks, our placement fee starts from €50 per booked day.
Fees may vary depending on:
24-hour care requirements
Twin or multiple newborn care
International travel
Overnight support
Last-minute requests
Schedule complexity
All temporary placement fees are payable prior to the beginning of the assignment.
Permanent & Long-Term Placements (Above 12 Weeks)
Long-Term Nannies & Maternity Nannies
For placements exceeding 12 weeks, our agency fee is 20% of the candidate’s annual gross package.
This applies to:
Permanent nannies
Rota nannies
Long-term maternity nurses
Live-in and live-out household staff
Final fees are confirmed before the search begins to ensure full transparency for both families and candidates.
Chauffeurs & Additional Household Staff
Private Chauffeurs / Drivers
Our placement fee for chauffeurs and drivers starts from 20% of the candidate’s annual gross salary package, depending on the role, schedule, travel requirements, and level of responsibility involved.
Additional staff services are available upon request, including:

House managers
Private chefs
Estate staff
Yacht and villa staff
