Overview

A private couple based in Dubai Hills is seeking a reliable, professional, and discreet Private Driver to provide daily transportation support on a long-term basis.

The main focus of the role will be driving the husband to his office in the morning and collecting him in the evening, as well as supporting the wife with her daytime appointments, meetings, shopping trips, social engagements, and other local travel requirements.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for airport pick-ups and drop-offs for the family’s relatives, friends, and guests when required. The family is looking for someone who is punctual, well-presented, calm, and able to provide a comfortable and seamless driving service at all times.

This is a live-out position, Monday to Friday, with working hours generally from 8am to 7pm. Flexibility for occasional changes to the daily schedule will be appreciated.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the husband safely and punctually to his office in the morning and collect him at the end of the working day.

  • Provide daytime driving support for the wife, including appointments, meetings, shopping, social engagements, and other local journeys.

  • Carry out airport transfers for family members, relatives, friends, and guests as required.

  • Plan efficient routes, taking Dubai traffic, roadworks, timings, and client preferences into consideration.

  • Remain available and flexible when schedules change or additional journeys are required during the working day.

  • Keep the family vehicle clean, fuelled, well maintained, and ready for use at all times.

  • Coordinate routine vehicle servicing, car washes, tyre checks, registration renewals, and any necessary maintenance.

  • Complete occasional household-related errands, collections, or deliveries where required.

  • Maintain complete confidentiality regarding the family’s addresses, schedules, visitors, and personal affairs.

  • Present a professional, friendly, and helpful attitude at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of driving experience in the UAE.

  • Valid UAE driving licence with a clean driving record.

  • Excellent knowledge of Dubai roads, traffic patterns, Dubai Hills, business districts, airports, and key destinations.

  • Fluent spoken English.

  • Previous experience working with a private family, senior executive, VIP client, or within a private household is highly preferred.

  • Professional, well presented, respectful, and discreet.

  • Highly punctual, reliable, organised, and able to manage time effectively.

  • Calm, patient, and confident when driving in busy Dubai traffic.

  • Non-smoker preferred.

  • Flexible and willing to accommodate occasional changes to the family’s schedule.

  • Able to provide references from previous driving roles. roles.
