Overview
A welcoming family with 3-year-old twins (a boy and a girl), based in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, is seeking a professional and nurturing Baby Nanny. The family is looking for someone with French language skills—either a native French speaker or someone with strong French proficiency. The position can start from 20 November. The family offers both live-in (private room with en-suite bathroom) or live-out arrangements.
This is a fully staffed household, including a chef who prepares all meals (so the nanny does not need to cook) and a house staff member who handles laundry. The nanny’s focus will be entirely on the development, well-being, and happiness of the twins, ensuring engaging and age-appropriate activities every day. There is also a second nanny in the house to provide additional support.
Responsibilities
Provide attentive, loving, and responsive care throughout the day.
Follow and maintain the twins’ daily routines (playtime, learning activities, and naps).
Engage in stimulating, age-appropriate activities to promote development and happiness (reading, singing, sensory play, outdoor walks, and educational games).
Encourage developmental milestones in a calm, supportive way.
Support healthy sleep routines and nap consistency.
Communicate warmly and professionally with parents throughout the day.
Collaborate with the second nanny/maid to ensure smooth household management.
Respect and follow the family’s parenting style and preferences.
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience caring for toddlers or young children in a private household.
Strong understanding of early childhood development.
Fluent in French or strong French language skills.
Naturally tidy, reliable, and proactive.
Calm, patient, and emotionally mature personality.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
Up-to-date vaccinations.
Legal right to work in the UAE.
