About the Family

A well-known and caring family represented by our agency is seeking a professional and nurturing nanny to care for their 4-year-old daughter.
The little girl attends school four days a week and requires someone who can follow her daily routine with consistency, warmth, and structure.

The family is looking for a nanny who will provide thoughtful guidance, encourage development through engaging activities, and bring calm, positive energy into the household.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the child each morning from 2pm until 7pm with her daily routine Monday to Thursday. Also Friday and Saturday from 9am to 7pm

  • Ensure a calm, structured start to each day and maintain established routines.

  • Plan and supervise age-appropriate, educational, and creative activities outside school hours.

  • Manage household inventories and light grocery shopping for the little girl.

  • Prepare fresh, healthy meals for the little gir based on balanced nutrition.

  • Maintain the child’s play areas, clothes, and belongings in good order.

  • Coordinate with the family and household staff to ensure smooth communication and organisation.

  • Accompany the child to activities, playdates, or cultural outings (museums, performances, etc.).

  • Provide a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar private household role

  • Reliable, patient, kind, and attentive to the child’s emotional and physical needs

  • Energetic, organised, and capable of managing routines independently

  • Proactive and creative, with a genuine passion for child development

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with parents and other staff

  • Confident in preparing healthy, fresh meals)

  • Fluent in English (French language skills a plus)

  • Valid Working With Children Check, Police Check, and First Aid certification
